Quantum PMU Pigments (Platinum Label) - Lollipop 15 ml
Quantum PMU Pigments are organic, made from all-natural ingredients and can be used for cosmetic and paramedical tattooing. These pigments are completely vegan-friendly and cruelty free, containing no ingredients derived from animal products.
All Quantum PMU Pigments are sterilised using gamma radiation and also undergo rigorous laboratory testing to ensure their safety. The Platinum Label range are also fully EU REACH compliant.
Lollipop is a colour correcting shade which has been designed for dark lip neutralisation, to target any cool, blue or purple tones in the lips. Can also be mixed with Cream or used as an Areola pigment for lighter skin tones.
